In these Terms & Conditions, “Hacco”, “we”, “us” or “our” means Hacco Ltd.
“You” or “your” means the person using our website or purchasing products from us.
2. Using Our Website
By using our website, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.
You must not:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website or systems.
- Interfere with the security or operation of the website.
- Introduce malicious software, viruses or harmful code.
- Use our website to carry out fraudulent activity.
- Copy or misuse our website content without permission.
We may restrict or suspend access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect our website, customers or business.
3. Products
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, colours and sizes are accurate.
However, colours displayed on your device may vary slightly from the actual product.
Product images may also be provided for illustration purposes.
Before ordering, please check the product description, size information, measurements and other relevant information carefully.
4. Product Availability
Products are subject to availability.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we may contact you to discuss the available options.
Where we cannot fulfil an order and payment has already been taken, we will arrange an appropriate refund.
5. Prices
Product prices are displayed on our website.
Unless otherwise stated, prices should be understood as including applicable taxes where required by law.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown during the ordering process before you complete your purchase.
We may change prices at any time, but changes will not normally affect an order that we have already accepted.
6. Placing an Order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
After submitting your order, you may receive an order confirmation by email.
An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted if we subsequently identify an issue such as:
- Product availability
- Pricing error
- Payment problem
- Fraud or security concern
- Incorrect product information
- Technical error
If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and, where appropriate, refund any payment already made.
7. Payment
We may offer payment through third-party payment providers.
Our payment methods may include Wallid Pay-by-Bank, which allows customers to pay directly from their bank account without entering debit or credit card details on our website.
We may introduce additional payment methods in the future.
You must only use a payment method that you are authorised to use.
We may carry out reasonable payment and fraud-prevention checks before processing an order.
8. Delivery
Our typical delivery timeframe is approximately 15–25 days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of:
- International transportation
- Flights
- Customs processing
- Local courier delays
- Public holidays
- Weather
- Incorrect addresses
- Other circumstances outside our reasonable control
Tracking information may not update during every stage of international transportation.
For example, tracking may remain unchanged while a parcel is:
Travelling by air → waiting for arrival processing → awaiting customs → being transferred to a local delivery network.
This does not necessarily mean that the parcel has been lost.
Please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for further information.
9. Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Please check your:
- Name
- House/building number
- Street
- Apartment/flat number
- Town/city
- Region/county
- Postcode
- Country
- Telephone number
before completing your order.
If you discover an error, contact us as soon as possible at:
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered the shipping process.
10. Customs and Import Charges
International orders may be subject to customs clearance or other import procedures.
Depending on the destination and applicable law, customs duties, taxes or other charges may apply.
Where such charges are legally payable by the customer, the customer may be responsible for paying them.
We will not knowingly use this clause to remove or restrict any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
11. Returns and Cancellation Rights
If you purchase goods online as a consumer, you may have statutory cancellation rights under UK law.
For most goods purchased online, you generally have 14 days from receiving the goods to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return them.
Certain goods may be excluded from cancellation rights where permitted by law, such as certain personalised or sealed goods where the relevant statutory conditions apply.
Please see our Returns Policy for the full procedure.
12. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these Terms & Conditions.
If you receive a product that is:
- Faulty
- Damaged
- Incorrect
- Not as described
- Missing from your order
please contact us at:
Please provide your order number and a description of the problem.
Photographs may help us investigate the issue.
For visibly damaged parcels, we recommend taking photographs of the packaging before opening the parcel and, where practical, recording the opening of the parcel.
A failure to provide photographs or video does not remove or restrict your statutory consumer rights.
13. Returns to Our Warehouse
Where we instruct you to return an item, we will provide the appropriate return instructions.
Some returns may need to be sent to our fulfilment warehouse outside the UK.
Do not send a return to our UK registered office unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
Our current return warehouse address may be:

REF: 13352789806
1st Floor, Building 3

When returning an item, we recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage and tracking information.
If customs duties or charges are applicable to a return, the customer should follow the return instructions we provide.
14. Refunds
Where you are entitled to a refund, we will process it in accordance with applicable law and our Refund Policy.
For statutory cancellation of goods, refunds will generally be made within the applicable legal timeframe.
We may wait until the goods have been returned or you have provided appropriate evidence that they have been returned where permitted by law.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
15. Our Responsibility for Goods During Delivery
Where applicable under consumer law, responsibility for goods remains with us until the goods come into your physical possession or the possession of a person you have identified to receive them, rather than a carrier chosen by you independently.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any legal responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
We reserve the right to withdraw or correct a promotion where there has been an obvious error or misuse.
